10 Year Old Ankle Sprain Helped

She had a 10 year old ankle sprain which was found on gait analysis and foot examination. Her ankle was prepared by working the peri articular swelling and interaction articular swelling followed by an AS talus specific chiropractic adjustment to the ankle. She immediately felt the relief and was walking better.

That's what you really need with a sprained ankle. Curing inflammation but not the cause will of course not heal your sprained ankle. The pain might go away but the mobility will stay limited with a little bit of pain.

I have a very bad ankle from a severe sprain from twenty years ago. I sprained my left ankle so bad the doctor said I would have been better to have broken it. My ankle was turned inward and was bruised from heel to toe. I still have to baby my ankle to this day. Any words of advice?

I have a baaaad sprain I need this I twisted my ankle into some sharp gravel, at the hospital too😂 but I just left I didn't have time at the time 😅so now it looks and feels weird
