I beatbox for over 10 years now and collected the trends from every year up until 2019. Do you think I missed a trend? Leave a comment I would love to know. . . . More on: / bartbeatbox / b_artbeatbox
Im not used to making content like this. If you enjoyed it leave a like. As you can see we had alot of fun recording this. Big shoutout to my brother Voxel for filming.
I myself really like codfish but he was not the one that came up with melodical bass. He is surely the most successful one and most famous, but don't forget everyone else. There are many others in that region too. Have a great day everyone
YES! Although I think the VERY first beatboxing video I saw was Julia Dales, which honestly speaking she wasn't all that spectacular by today's standards. Still, girl beatboxers are dope so it's a win in my book. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-7U66tYpzQTE.html
Pure_Kangaroo I can try to break it down. When you clear your throat, you’ll feel a raspy sensation in the very back of your throat. It’s raspy and dense, try to isolate and draw that out. It’ll hurt at first so be careful. It takes a bit to find so mess around. I’ll make a vid if need be but try and look up beatboxing tutorials cause I’m no pro lmao. Hope that helped
Husain I’m saying just because he did vocal bass for a split second in the 2020 prediction doesn’t mean he’s predicting pwad it’s just vocal bass vocal bass isn’t exclusive to pwad idiot
In other words: 2009-2011- Zede and Alem 2012-2013 - Skiller, Babeli, and Reeps 2014 - "The Rise of the New School" 2015-2017 - "The New School" 2018-2019 - "Beatbox is Music" or "The Postmodern School"
2015-2017, napom was dominating's so. also i think alem is considered a bit after skiller and reeps no?. Alem was actually dominanting just within the 2014-2015 era and kind of "post retire". anyhow, pretty accurate
kiss controls, more lip oscillations, bunch of voice cracks, inward/outward whistle melody with inward bass, trappy beats, actual clean vocals + double voice vocals, zippers, scratch effects, crying flanger and ofc. every beatboxer has theyr unique set of sounds and rythm patterns. Big UP!
This is why B-art is a world champion material. Also this pattern at 0:57 look simple, but it is so freaking hard and insane. This trap snare at 5:23 is clean as fuck too. Much love from Brazil, keep up the great work!
I remember 2011 - 2013 is where i really discovered beatboxing properly, used to watch reepsone, big ben, hikakin and a few others at the time who were popping off on youtube. simpler times xD
2000 - 2019 - Throat bass ;) Loved the video bro - really interesting to see your perspective on techniques used over the last 10 years, I'd say from 2000 - 2009 were very similar in parts. Keep up the unique content!
I use to follow NAPOM, D- LOW, A FEW OTHERS BUT I'm just going to go out and say it B-ART is the best beatboxer around I've ever heard I've been following BBOXING on RU-vid for the longest and he's a BOSS he's got such a HUGE vocal vocabulary he doesn't even look like he's trying, and he's the GOAT🤙💣💣💣💥💥💥💥💥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🗣💯% MONSTA BEATBOXA.
My prediction would actually be some decent troath/chest or inward basses once again. We have been focused a lot on tech, liprolls and experimental combos. Simplicity will rise again
To be really honest I can say now the favourite candidate is vibration bass, someone who can do that consistently will shit pretty hard on everyone, plus another good candidate I guess is the colaps fast split technique he used in various beats, wunknown is for me the closest to match his speed tho (example: I can do it too but slower than those two)
Wow, what a nice video! you can truly see the impact that some beatboxers had over the whole scene. thats why all the legends get hype at gbb's when they perform on stage. their styles might be outdated but there are a lot of beatboxers out there who know that the legends build the foundation of todays beatboxing. i can literally see some of the beatboxers who shaped the game: ZeDe and reeps one in 2009, skiller and krnfx in 2010, reeps (again) and babeli in 2011, two.H and alem 2012, alexinho and ball zee on the clean beats, bmg snare.... and so on. dude, the nostalgia kicks in :D such a great video, keep it up
Dude this is inasane! Brilliant illustrations of these different trends and, as always, flawlessly performed, did you accidentally slip into Start Over during the 2012 "More throat bass" segment? I swear I heard like half a bar of the intro before you did that sample towards the end 😂 I have to say, I couldn't think of a more perfect beatboxer to have done a video like this, you say you aren't used to making this kind of content but if it's something you did pursue, I think it would be very well received 👍
Prediction 2020: (idk the actual names of the sounds) Dilip zipper Dkoy whistles Codfish liproll Water drop sound More inward bass Tomazacre evil bass River/Rafly pitch snare Pwad vocal bass Vocalized duck sound What do yall think???
@@ahmadhussain7926 spit snare is BMG snare. It is called BMG snare sometimes because BMG was known for using it a lot. Although his is a bit different its still the same fundamental sound. Jist like how there are many types of lip rolls but they're all still technically lip rolls.
I am a 35-year-old born with severely malformed inner ears who has somehow grown to appreciate the art and performance of beatbox, and, more importantly, your moment from 2:40 to 2:48 captured me intensely, leaving me wanting a whole song or album continuously playing just that! Mucho bravo!
some of these sounds like the Cough Kick are down right crummy but the way you put it together gives reason to learn and apply even the strangest sounds
8 months into 2020, I’d say our sounds this year are high inward bass, River’s spit snare scratch thingy, that weird whistle/vocal voice crack sounding thing that Antilt and River do, and probably some more double voice
Sorry for being the grammar police once again, B-art, but I really loved the lip OCSilation. :) Really loved the video, quite instructive if you haven't kept up with the evolution of beatbox throughout the years. Keep it up and keep em coming!
B-art or how to prove that you have mastered 10 years of beatboxing x'D , very good job man i still locked in the ' clean beat ' and the mélodic bass lmao
My predict for 2020 Exactly some new kinds of beatbox sound. Cause everyone outside there is have been searching for what a unique sound. A sound that maybe never heard before.
