Beautiful video! The lighting is perfect. I once had a viewer recognize me at a grocery store. She was in line behind me. When you talked about RU-vid "then" vs "now", I thought about how when I started, all creators were regular people. No channels from NBC, ABC, TV shows, or famous celebs - all of these types with a lot of money to put toward production. None of them need a ring light or lavalier mic; they have professional production equipment. 😉 It's hard to compete with that.

Thanks for sharing. I would add, as a viewer it's not entirely free as we do pay with our time. I only allocate myself so much time a day for social media. Some people (not you :) put a lot of filler in or if there are too many ads, I just can't watch. I don't have time even if it's just a listening video. Just something to keep in mind. Love your videos :) I usually listen via a browser even on my phone (no ads) and always at either 1.25 or 1.5 speed so that helps. I'm currently writing out my Christmas cards while I listen so yay for multitasking on a listening video! :)

This video was really enlightening! It’s interesting to hear different experiences in this career. I can definitely understand why you stopped vlogging. I would NOT be ok with some the situations you and your family faced. Although I do want to share that I really enjoyed them when you were creating them.
