I agree but I am applying for a job working with aerospace and drones so I understand why they want to test. I hate it cuz I’m sure a lot of those guys go home and drink whisky but I can’t smoke a joint. It’s dumb

You'll probably be required to UA prior to hiring on. In most cases, only hourly workers are required to take drug screenings. Boeing, SpaceX, BNSF, Crowley Marine are required by federal law (DOT) to drug screen hourly (non-exempt) workers, not salary. Most salary workers are not certified in welding, milling, rigging or operating equipment. If you're not dirextly involved with the manufacturing process than what is no reason to test you? Other than filling the monthly roster (%testedVS#ofEMPLOYEES) that the DOT requires. salary... You simply negotiate it into your contract.

I got a drug test in 2 days for a new job... I usually drink a cup of white vinegar per day and about 2-3litres of water up until the day before the test usually works for me and I'm a daily smoker ... I will update with the results in the next 2 days
I've smoked weed for 22yrs and have had to quit because my workplace are now doing random drug tests. I quit smoking over a month ago and been detoxing and completely changed my diet and still testing positive. It's an absolute joke that I can loose my job because I smoked weed over a month ago. It was the only thing I treated myself too as I don't drink alcohol and it was my way of unwinding and relaxing after work. Now that's been taken away from me I literally feel like a robot that is owned by a company.

I was smoking 1-2 10%-20% Delta 8 1.5 gram pre rolled joints a day for a solid 4 or 5 months. I am 33 yrs old, 5'8", 161 lbs, and run 3-5 miles 3-4 times per week. I have been abstaining since September 19th and tested myself on November 27th and was still showing positive. I have a urine test on January 6th, and am concerned. I am drinking a gallon of water a day, everyday, and am still running the same. What do you think the odds are if I continue this routine that I pass my test? I heard best way to pass a THC test especially a random test is when they hand you the cup,to just take a shit in the cup then start acting crazy. By doing this method,no way a pothead would do or act like that.

Careful with taking supplements to help detox. Some, like in the case of milk thistle, stop the liver from processing thc-cooh, making detox take longer. For full detox, eat clean, lighten the livers burden, and it will do its job better/faster. Alternatively, some claim you can use milk thistle or similar sups to pause excretion of thc metabolites, but there's a lot of timing and randomness to take into account. Recommend searching Google for "quick fix milk thistle", and "milk thistle, liver disease & the endocannabinoid system". Good reading. Good luck with your detox!
Delay the test! You will not be clean in 7 days. I don't know how long you have smoked but if it is this amount for a long period (months) a safe guess would be that you need about a month. You can remove THC metabolites quicker with water, good diet, supplements etc. If you want to test clean legitimately, you need more time.
I know that you can get a DUI for smoking weed. So, this means that you could have had your last joint, let say 3 days ago, and you are still getting the DUI?
If drug testing didn't exist to get a job alot more people would have jobs and be able to get their lives together, if someone can't pass a drug test that doesn't always mean their a junkie ect.

Of course, always hard to say but I would feel more comfortable if you have 30+ days to prepare. Go hard on the water, exercise (not within 3 days of testing), eat really healthy (Lean protein and lots of vegetables) and throw in some zinc and diuretics (i.e. cranberry juice).
Weed stays in system for just 3 days to me if your metabolism go fast and im 100lbs my secret is drink a lot of water and coconut juice and exercise to get heavy sweat then im negative you need to be fit and the day before drugtest drink much of water multivatamins and coconut juice again thanks me later

Please answer. I am about 105 pounds and only have smoked less than 10 times my whole life. I was dumb and did a 5 mg edible gummy wednesday around midnight. I may have to do a drug test for a job this coming week. (Most likely not before next Friday) so I will have 9 days at least. Do you think I will be fine? I hope my response is in time - I only check questions a couple of times a month. It sounds like you'll be okay based on this information - doing a home drug test would be wise. Drink lots of water, a good diet and some cranberry juice would be a good idea.

Depends on a few factors (how long did you smoke prior to this (i.e. for years?) and how frequent (daily?) and how much. On average (don't trust "average") 30 days is good enough for those who consume daily - but to be sure get a home drug test.

You're going to need over a month+ to rid yourself of THC metabolites. How much more is impossible to guess however, 30-60 days is most likely. You can lower the number of days (a little) by focusing on adding lots of water and having a good clean diet. It'll happen (getting Carboxy THC out) but it'll take a little while.

No point in doing a drug test for medical cannabis for employee's because you cant really figure out when, how much the person took cannabis as cannabis can be in the hair 90 days prior and 21 days after last use or in the urine for 30 days after use.

I am not sure I can comment on the job application withdrawal as I don't know enough to comment and I am not an employment lawyer however, if in doubt definitely don't move forward with the application. Wait until you know you'll pass - I strongly recommend a home drug test to see where you are at (recent video on this should help).

The two most important things you can control are abstinence and water - you're doing these things and well done. I think diet is underrated - it's important to eat well, no fatty or fast foods, lots of healthy food (i.e. vegetable) and exercise more (but not much the two days before the test). This depends on how frequent a user you were. If you were a daily user 30+ days is best if a very infrequent user you should be good now. I hope I understand your question as I had to read it a few times. You’re doing everything right though! A home test might be a good idea.

It’s possible but difficult. Your ability to remove carboxy THC very quickly will largely depend on how often you smoked prior to yesterday and importantly how much THC you ingested yesterday. I would prefer you have 3-7 days but you don’t. Drink lots of water (safely), eat very well (lean proteins and vegetables) and perhaps get a home drug test to see where you are. Good luck.

You had some cannabis a week ago? Whether you pass or not largely depends on whether you were a regular or occasional user. If you have only had one experience with cannabis is months (last Monday) then you could pass. If you smoke regularly (several times a week or more) then it’s less likely.
I have a weed test tomorrow, urine based. The last time I smoked any marihuana was 4 days ago, it wasn't much a half joint I still had. I have smoked of and on in the last two weeks and stopped on Tuesday. What my advantages are and what i have done is the following. my advantage: I have the metabolism of a race car, I cannot get fat whatever I eat. I eat a lot and burn a lot and i don't have much body fat. What i did : 1. 2 days ago I jogged and got a good sweat going. 2. For two days straight I ate green salads and more fruit , made me hungry as hell and i drank more water. 3. I can really sweat during the night as i woke up last few days with a wet t shirt from sweating at night, i have stimulated that by wearing more clothes when sleeping. 4. I peed a lot last couple of days! 5. tomorrow, 3 hours in advance i will take 200 Grams vitamin B2 and creatine. and i will drink between half a liter and 0.8 liters 4 hours in advance and the third hour except the last 2 hours. 6. the last two hours I will switch to sports drink, milk or coconut water as it all contains electrolytes. When they test you you want to flush most metabolites out of your system but with low creatine, color and electrolytes your sample will be diluted. So taking vitamin B2 keeps your urines color, the creatine you take keeps up the level in your urine and the electrolyte drink keeps your sample within a normal range to not be seen as a diluted sample. I have been drinking water , coffee and grapefruit juice today and i will keep this up till I go to bed tonight. This is not for a job or anything as i am sleeping at my Girlfriend who is in a drug clinic, they have a 0 tolerance for any drugs even tho weed is legal where I am. That is because these clinics are not government regulated and can make up whatever rules they want even for a visitor, nobody inside this clinic may even smoke sigarettes. So you come there with a addiction for drugs and to make it easy they will force you to quit smoking as well, i find it retarded myself and thank god my Girlfriend is almost done. If this actually works will be uploaded by me tomorrow in this post.

At some point Marijuana will be treated like alcohol. Or at least it should be once Marijuana is fully legal in the US. Until then I guess it's up to the company you work for. If they have a no drug policy that still includes Marijuana you simply don't smoke it. Legal this and that. NO.. If you signed a contract for work that states you will not do drugs and be tested you don't do drugs and get tested. Integrity people. It's not what you uphold in front of people it's how you conducted yourself when nobody is around. I was heavy into the stoner scene in the 90s. Stopped for work. Just got out of the military and Marijuana is legal in my state. Unfortunately my new job is a no Marijuana allowed even though it's legal in the state. I'm sure I could work getting high and passing tests in there but I wont because I signed a contract and will honor it even when nobody's watching. To be clear. I am 100% behind Marijuana being removed from drug testing. It SHOULD be treated the same as alcohol. Don't do drugs and drive. Don't do drugs while working. Your free time is your's and well earned. There should be no difference between cracking a beer and lighting a joint and to be honest I think drinking is WAY WORSE than kicking back having a marijuana is the bomb day.... @@danxcran Congats on 8 months. I too drank by fill for life. I partied HARD from 93 to 2008. Normal party drinker at first then it got worse. Had a bad motorcycle wreck in 95. My alcohol intake skyrocketed and became a problem. Wrecked a marriage before I decided maybe I should put this shit down. Joined the military putting in 12 years. I did drink but never got drunk then in 2012 my body said we are done. 1 drink would give me a bad headache skipping the fun euphoric part. Well ok then. Guess I am done drinking. 10 years have passed with no desire to drink whatsoever while still doing all the same things. Parties, clubs drink on days ending with a Y time.. 50 days. Oh that shit is LONG gone and would only be detectable with a hair test up to 90 days after your last toke. You could show up bald from head to toe.... Someone has to have tried that at some point. You can always tell the ones you need to watch for. They have no eyebrows or eyelashes and not a hair on their body..... LOL

Hello! You have the right body type (lean), which is good. Two weeks since using is good too. The question is how frequent a user were you? If you were a heavy user and used every day for a long time you may need more time. If you were an infrequent user then you should be okay. If you’re not a heavy set person then drink a lot of cranberry juice, vinegar and water. The pectin in cranberry juice helps block the break down of fat cells in your body. Don’t exercise for at least three days, and take B12 vitamins to add the yellow back to your urine. I tend to not do the Certo pack method because it can mess up your kidneys, but some folks say it works. Certo has pectin as well. There are also 7 day detox pills that most people agree with. If you mix these tips you can pass pretty easily. The best way though… don’t smoke for two weeks at least, then do the tips to make sure.👍🏾 hope this helps and good luck!

Impossible to 100% accurately predict, but likely only a number of days (less than a week) if you have been clean for that long and a minor indiscretion. When in doubt - do a home drug test.
okay i smoked off an on for about a year. not all at once. then i smoked dabs for about 4 months 7 days a week. then i quit for about a month started again for a few weeks, quit for a month and 10 days smoked one joint on february 11th then stopped again and haven’t smoked for about 3 days. i’m 18 male 5’8 and 270lbs. could you give me an estimate on time to wait. and should i walk about an hour a day for a few weeks and then not for the few days before my test. i’m water fasting rn i’m on day one

definitely possible, the day of the test i would drink as much water as possible to dilute your sample and take multivitamins to get the color of your piss where it should be
In cases like yours I always recommend at least a month of abstinence - and you have given yourself that. Well done. Keep a clean diet and drinks lots of water. Odds are definitely in your favor to pass

Hmmm ... of course, we don't know for sure. Whether you pass depends on how much you had "yesterday" and how long prior to that period was your last use of marijuana. If it had been weeks (6+ weeks) since you last used and your consumption the other day was minimal, I would guess you need about a week to clear your system.

I know I repeat this, but it's always an educated guess. I would "guess" 30-45 days is needed but if you're doing the right things (you are) and have lower body fat (you do) then 30 days would be about right. Be sure you eat very well and I would add some vitamins and things such as cranberry juice into your diet. Also - within a week of the test, do a home drug test to see where you are. Good luck.
I smoked on the 17th only like 10-13 pulls after being sober for 3 & a half weeks, I have a drug test on the 3rd of November, that would be 18 days sober after the couple pulls I took, do you think I should be okay? Hi - the fact that you seem to have used once in the last 3+ weeks and still have a couple of weeks until the test bode well for you. I do think you'll be okay if you continue to abstain and do what you're suggesting - lots of water! Add some exercise and eat really, really healthy. You may want to invest in a cheap home drug test to see where you're at towards the end of the month. Good luck!

Of course, it's always hard to guess without knowing lots of details but given that information I think you should be good to go - time is the key here. Grab some home tests and see if you're close. Drink lots of water and a clean diet.

This is a four panel drug test and tests for drug metabolites such as cocaine, marijuana, opiates, and phencyclidine (PCP). This alone does not test for alcohol.
