Thank you so much for this recipe, I've made this cake 3 times so far in the past 2 weeks. I had my 2 oldest grand daughter's over last weekend and they loved it. We all ate the whole cake🤣by the next day it was all gone. I chose to use the real banana extract with some vanilla as well. Delicious once again thank dear for sharing this recipe.
I just made this cake, i am very surprised by the result. It turned out great, had risen quite a lot and is very fluffy and airy. I used a little over half the sugar quantity, and double the baking soda, by mistake. In my opinion it tastes great as I don’t like very sugary sweets. It’s great to eat a slice with an apple or other fruit, makes for a great dessert. Thank you for the recipe.
It is unbelievable, this cake is sooo good! Thanks a lot for this recipe, I topped it with vanilla pudding and strawberries😋 I just substituted the sunflower oil for coconut oil, works great!
thank you so much! made the flour and the cake yesterday. I followed the recipe, except substitute the milk with organic soy milk. Came out perfectly! All very simple and fun to make. Except sifting the flour after grinding, that took a while haha! need to buy a better sifter. This is by far the best oat flour method/recipe out there, usually it comes out like a baked oatmeal, and this is a real cake, so excited to try your other recipes. I made it in bread pan to use as a substrate for quick deserts, perfection!
Great Recipe..!! I've tried this recipe for 3 times now, its a breakfast for me along with my tea. Your recipe helped me to get away from eating the oats everyday, that boring routine...
This is a wonderful recipe! Does anyone know if I can use just the dry ingredients, instead of a cake mix, for a dump cake? I'm looking for a healthier substitution. Thanks!
Thank you so much for the recipe I tried making it, ooooh my God it's fantastic 👌, Are you on Facebook ma so that I can recommend and post the photo of the cake, so that you can see for yourself, thank you so much 😘
Hi In this recipe I didn’t use icing sugar You can substitute, make sure you grind to a fine powder. You can use Greek yogurt .beat well to remove lumps
I just made this, i used 1 cup agave nectar instead of sugar, 1/4 cup coconut oil instead of sunflower , and 1/4 cup coconut milk. Baked at 350F for 25 mins **update This first 👆 one came out dense so I used 1/4 cup unsalted butter, 1/2 cup organic sugar, and added 1/3 cup oat fiber. I followed the rest of her recipe and directions and the 2nd time it came out fluffy and lightly sweetened mash Allah
@@sushajthelli it came out dense but the flavor was good. I made it a second time, following your directions, I used 1/4 cup unsalted organic butter, 1/2 cup organic sugar, and added 1/3 cup oat fiber....it came out fluffy and delicious this time, perfectly sweet to my taste. Thank you for this recipe ❤
If you are diabetic make it with stevia sugar or erthyritol ..to avoid making the blood sugar high .. And try to make keto and low carb cake with almond and coconut flour
@@sushajthelli ok I just made it. I added some cocoa powder. But I used mostly organic date syrup and little sugar for sweetener. And OMG it came out sooo well. So soft and spongy. You can't tell its gluten free! Definitely my favorite. thanks for sharing
@@sushajthelli sugar is sugar Doesn’t matter whether it is organic, or jaggery, or coconut sugar Unless it’s in a fruit or a naturally occurring sugar like in dates, it’s unhealthy.
