There is something about honoring Caribbean etiquette, especially when going one's home: don't eat straight from the pot with the utensils being used to cook. Touching other people's food is a big No. That family was super graceful. I am so glad that the mom spoke up about washing his hand. David you should done that from entering the kitchen if you were planning to touch the food.

The Breadfruit with cucumbers, tomatoes, fish look very healthy.

I felt so much gratitude watching the Ms.Brenda(?) in the kitchen making the souse. As a Jamaican raised in the US I grew up around Mostly Caribbean and South American women like her and that kitchen feel just resonated with me...down to those plates!!! Omg! I can’t believe he ate from that pan of food’ He just took the spoon and put it in his mouth and then put it back into the pan of food’ 😮she looked as if she seen a ghost! She is a good one because if it had been me I would have lost it! David you act as if you were not raised rite or you just don’t care ? I would have let you have that whole pan of food to yourself’ and you didn’t wash your hands at some point’ this was very embarrassing 😳 he said he didn’t touch the spoon 😅 he to much 😂

The swordfish was my favorite. Then the blackened red snapper comes in second. The flying fish were too small for me. 😊. I went to Barbados after watching your first video. We had soooo much fun and plan to return very soon.
