Shane, Been watching your videos for a good while now. Very useful and practical for getting back into fighting shape. I have also been using them as supplemental material for my 11 year old daughter to properly start honing her warrior training. We just saw this video now and our hearts broke upon hearing the tragic news. We ourselves have had a period of instability down here in South Florida due to Hurricane Matthew. Thankfully we have survived unscathed with minimal damage. Life is too precious to be wasted in such a way as Liam's was. My daughter and myself decided to take on the hundred kick challenge to honor Liam's life, raise awareness for drunk driving, and show our appreciation for our own lives and that we're healthy/fit enough to participate. Our condolences go out to Liam's family. Stay strong, keep fighting.

Hey, please do a sparing (with full gear on so u can use all techniques) with some other traditional styles just like kung fu wing chun or taekowndo to get know if these styles does really work against skilled fighter! :) btw u are great!
