Jesus, I'm glad to see that your recovery is progressing and you are able to get back to presenting your usual high quality content. The tips which I will probably use the most are the spot healing brush blend modes and choosing algorithms for curves.

For 53:18 you can just set the blend mode to multiply and save yourself a bunch of time on that. Then dodge and burn where needed.

Very sorry to hear that you had a stroke but glad to know that you are on recovery and well now. Other than medication, try walking 10,000 steps as an exercise every day to ensure the stroke doesn't come back. This is to balance off your sedentary lifestyle sitting in front of the computer.
