you sould have explained maintanance calories and deficite and surplus, just drinking the shake wont gain you weight, it's just calorie dense so it's gonna cover alot of your calories for the day but it doesnt make you gain weight itself

Bro fruits with milk is not recommended in Ayurveda for those who have weak disegtive system but with those who have strong digestive system they can eat it, but sour fruit with milk is not recommended for anyone!*

Really nice recipe thanks! I tried it today and liked it. Earlier I used to directly put oats in blender with other ingredients it never mixed well. Oats flour is the key Note: just remove bananas if someone looking for lean gaining

One shake I'll recommend is take 50 gram or roc flour cook it with half cup of water until it becomes thick add it in the blender and add 50 - 60 gram of channa sattu 4-5 almonds 5-6 dates 2 banana and honey according to you taste also can add other dry fruits and seed and also coffee or Coco powder this budget friendly recipes cost you less but definitely you gain weight in 1 month of regular consumption just be on fast once a week to increase its potential

It doesn't have 27 grams of protien, you are counting incoming sources of protiens, oats , peanut butter doesn't have all the aminos which is like not for muscle gain
