아~~ 2백개하다가 어린이날 맞아 1천개 했습니다. 진짜 힘드네요.ㅜㅜ 제대로 한 것보다 어째튼 같이 했다는 데 의미를 두고,, 그래도 5백개는 충분히 했을 것 같네요.. 지금도 땀이 비옷듯 쏟아지네요.. 계속 응원 할게요. 저도 20대 몸매로 돌아갈수 있도록 많은 응원 부탁드립니다. 이제 씻어야겠어요~~

Hat's off to you guys. I stopped at 500. It's early afternoon in Cape Town, so if I do the other 500 tonight it will complete the 1000 right. I'm just taking a longer break than ya'll. At the end of the day I would have completed 1000 squats, that should count for something right?? 🤔😜😂😂

I'm over 50 n I try my hardest to keep fit ,movement and agility is what keeps my body supple n flexible,so ...anything is better than nothing,keep doing your best n never stop ..every little goal is an achievement.

I finished it! I was about to give up when it reached 500....I really appreciate your positive words while doing this challenge. I feel only a little bit on my thighs right now but I definitely will feel the sore either tonight or tomorrow! Thank you for doing this! I love long workout videos! Also, could you do more standing and no jumping exercise as well? Thank you so much!!!!!

If you haven't made this video I wouldn't have tried to do 1000 squats. Glad I was able to complete this with you guys. Thank you Allblanc 🤙 On next video let's go for 1200 squats.

Thank you all! I was doing a lot of squats before I did the 800 kilometers hike from France to Spain (Camino Santiago) and did it for 35 days without issues. The squats helped me developed strong leg muscles which I used in climbing up and down the mountains. I am a big fan from Central Florida (Orlando area). Keep up the good work. And by the way, it is a challenge to do it because I am now 68 years old and sitting down a lot at work (I am an attorney). You all help me get stronger every day.

I subscribed yesterday after trying the home walking workout. Completed this challenge today. Thought it might be difficult at first but it’s tolerable as they had rests in between each set. Tks guys & Brit for this video & encouraging us not to stop. Although Brit was silent, the occasional flashes of her doing the squats kinda got me going too. Will know tomorrow if my thighs & butt hurt. LOL.

Uh! I really liked this one, starting the day doing something I thought I couldn't and actually finishing it gave me a good mindset for the rest of the day 🤗 And on the 700-750 set I just started believing I could do it all day long (maybe was going crazy) Thank you for the challenge ✌🙂 . P.s. it would be interesting to do it with an automatic count, i think we rushed it a bit by the end

Omg I just finished the whole video even though my knees were in pain and I felt like I want to stop and pause the video I still kept going. And I never thought in my million years that I would ever make it to 1000 squats.🤗🤗 it felt like I was about to die

I was able to finish this without feeling like I was dying. I did it at my own pace tho with dumbbells so I'm definitely sure I didn't do 1000, but I was able to keep up the entire time. The interval rests were very helpful. I hope you'll redo it but with English counts. Tysm!

I tried doing the squats both in the "Mark style" and the usual way. Lifting the toes on the downward move has some advantage in giving more power when they push down for the upward motion. But it's hard to say if it is a better method. 🤷‍♂️ one thousand squats done either way is an accomplishment. 🦵

Thumb up to those guys! If anyone does exercise daily, this number is ez to achieve! Last week, I did 700 Squats, 1000 JJs. What we usually think "unbelievable", "I can't do this", "too crazy", etc.. actually we can do with practices!

Really, a 1000 squats!!! Ok, I think I may need to follow your routines for at least six months before trying to achieve this crazy amount of squats (and be able to breath or walk the next day 🥵🥵🥵) Guys you are awesome! You deserve a million followers more.
