@@shwetasaxena4974 U can go to Dancewith Deepti Playlist.... U can do different videos. For starters u can do her 30 min workouts and then you can add 15 min HIIT routines of DancewithDeepti. Take 1 day rest in the week and eat homemade meals, avoid outside/junk food.

We just used it to get a little moderate stepping everyday. ru-vid.comUgkxgAz8z9Y03AXTl_xgiCmYWfRKpnpW8nYG But after a family member had some medical issues and getting into bed and out of bed (with a really high 28” above the floor matress ) we added a little fluorescent glow in the dark tape to the edges and they now can get into and out of bed safely! What a difference this little stepper has made for them. and we still use it for daily moderate exercise routine also.

Omg!! This was totally worth the 45 mins!!! Didn’t realize how I finished it in one go!! Burnt a total of 550 kcal in this entire session with a 5870footsteps n avg heart rate of 155bpm!! Can’t thank you enough Deepti 🙏🏼 gratitude always!

Hey Anshu , no I didn’t follow any diet.in starting I had so many difficulties body start paining but I didn’t quit , start feeling difference after a month nowI can dance for 1-2 hr without any break, body is perfect now I made a habit to dance , only dance with Deepti because all steps are easy and effective .

Hi Deepti, I have followed your most of the session to lose my weight in 2nd lockdown.. I had put on 5kg weight and got your videos on RU-vid. I followed dance session with normal homemade food. No diet no vegan but the result just surprised me.. I lost exactly 5 kg weight in just 3 months.. Now I am 56 kg.. Keep up the good work.. Thanks a ton🙏... Kindly suggest some more balanced diet routine..

Thank you for this, but the music (for me) was terrible. I always look forward to the Bollywood music, so that part was terribly disappointing. Personal taste, but I hate saxophone, which was in a lot of the songs. I had to turn the music down to near silence. Is it possible for you to put Bollywood music over this video instead of what's originally used? It would make the video so much more pleasurable. Love to you always, just trying to provide constructive feedback. Thank you again - your videos are my favorites!

I don't know what I did. I thought I would try this. I did not even get 5,000 steps in. just a little over 4,000. I am disapoointed. Thougt I would get at least 7000. it went fast, easy and I like the music

@@sahibasiddiqui1461 Hi, I’ve tried all the workouts which are in playlists and selected a few which I liked the most. I’ve started from Deepti Mam’s Beginner’s session and within a month I was able to do advanced too. When I changed my workout timings from evening to morning, I’ve come across a drastic change in my energy level and the results were also so fast. I’ve completely stopped having outside food and started having home made food. These things helped me to reach XL to XS. Thank You Deepti Mam 💐

As per my smartwatch it counts 4033 steps and118kcal burn but the sweat is insane in this workout

118 cal is not accurate .. that much you can burn in simple walk ..
