Awesome my gym just got one of these I got 4 mins first try , something to work on.can row a 1000 in 3.15 . Wish I’d had a ski erg sooner

Do ski-erg improve overhead mobility, I am very weak in overhead mobility, and had a day a weak for working on my overhead mobility with stretches, but now I got a new skierg and I feel I don’t need overhead mobility drills if I am working out on the skierg
