Half squats :-

Power clean. build muscle throughout your upper and lower body,including in your quadriceps ,deltoids, core and triceps as well posterior chain muscle like as hamstring,glutes,lower back muscles and upper back.
Deadlift :-
1 Reduce lower back pain.
2 Improve jump performance.
3 Improve bone mineral density.
4 Activate your core .
5 Boost your metabolism.
6. A stronger back .
Glute raises :-
It warms your glute muscle for other exercise it tones your glute a muscles ,it all tension to the entire glutes bridge motion,increase to the entire glute bridge motion .increase the effectiveness of your workout.it strength your core muscles which help your in everyday .
