101 Raft Tips: #46: Rare Islands 

Fun fact is that once you find one of those two islands on your save, you can write somewhere their co-ordinates like for example: 722 m south from the Radio Tower. Once they respawn they always will be in the same position and you can swim there whenever you want and as many times as you want if you know the co-ordinates 😁👍

I got both of them before even visiting the radio tower, didn't realize how lucky I was until now!

I was just chilling once, got on an island and got the plane crash achievement before realising I was in a rare island haha

I had no idea how fortunate I was to happen upon that airplane crash island, in the first couple of days of my world. And I did get the aviator hat. :) Neat!

You should make a compilation of all of these when your done.

Damn. I got the island withthe help sign when i just started the game and thought it was super common and didnt even had a clue how to play the game ;( i never saw those islands again

I found both, but ive only found the boat wreck island once and it was a fluke. I almost passed it but saw the "help" flag out of the corner of my eye. I found the plane crash island like...50 times. I started just throwing the plane hat away.

back when me and my buddy started playing raft we found these two back to back and didn’t think nothing of it

Ive probably just floated past these without realizing since I work while traveling, occasionally looking around to see if im passing by anything

The plane Island was Like my fourth or fifth Island :)

I find it funny how a water plane managed to crash into the only piece of land with multiple kilometers

First ever island I went too was the plane crash one. Had no clue it was rare until I got the achievement. Been a few months of inactive playing on the save and got the boat crash island today 😁

I completely forgot they had secret hats. No wonder I didn't recognize the pilot hat in my old save

in 90 hours of playtime i hadnt found any of them then i started a new world instantly found the plane crash and boat crash in like a few hours in between

I've sunk hours and hours into the game and not come across either island yet!! About to do the last story misson haha!

I swear the plane crash island is 1000% harder to find then the already hard to find shipwreck island

Yeah I found the help island randomly without knowing it’s rare.

I had my first boat crash island last week and just like a day after I got another one. It's crazy how lucky I got.

I am currently collecting every achievement in my first play through and beside killing 50 Anglerfische I only need to finish the game and be able to lean every recipe. Then it's only about finding one damn shipwreck... I habe already found 4 plane crashes! :(((((

the plane island was my first island ever

I actually got both of those islands in my very first world within the first hour of playing. I think I found the plane first then the boat. I figured they were islands you always come across early to kind of "set the stage" of what's happened to the world. lol

nearly 365 in game days into the game and i've found countless amounts of plane crash islands but no shipwreck islands :(

bro i got the boat crash island on my most recent run

for the last 30 ingame days i have done nothing but check every island , if its not 1 of those keep going.. still havent found 1 do i have to finish utopia to "unlock" them? i have the code for temperance and i was there but it was so annoying i decided to distract myself with building my raft for a few days (real days) before i go back to temperance

I started a world, and literally 20 minutes in i found the boat island. I exclusively wear the captains hat on that world. Then a day later i found the plane island😭😭

i didnt know it was that rare my first playthrough before chapter 3 i found both

140 hours on raft and I've never even seen the shipwreck island.

I personally really love these islands all because of the story they have Why did the boat crash Did the plane crash before or after the sea level rose

How to see my self

I have over 150 hours of Raft, which are like 99% percent survival and i not even once found one of these... Not even once!

I've played over 117 hours of raft and I have never seen either of these islands T-T
