Thanks for the video. In case dates not avilable go for palm jaggery, I know 100s of people healthy and without any deceases. If gives to children upto age 12-15 he/she will live without any deceses upto age 70. Just sharing my knowledge to all.
@Jyothi Sithara yes for already diabetic and pre diabetic guys. Of course one can use limited quantity. For children no problem at all. Those kids become too strong and mother's avoid them near side due to pain when kids hands touch during play time etc. Believe me, telling truth. I will give more details if required.

So much well delivered dear doctor..recently I got to see some dieticians talk saying that do not touch dates if you are trying to lose weight..and I had to comment down there that her information was wrong and a date even it is one a day has amazing benefits on the body obese or lean..she wasn't willing to correct herself instead she wanted to argue ..Sadly many people who were unaware of these benefits also started to support her blindly ..I am a doctor and I never fail to recommend this amazing fruit to my patients adjusting the quantity to atlleast one or two for those with co morbidities or metabolic syndromes.
