Mugwort your dumb. It’s not pointless. Everything he and his crew does is methodical and planned. From taking in dextrose to ammonia for focus and crazy music and yelling for the adrenaline and hype. You need the craziest motivation to not drop that weight, to keep pushing your body beyond what it’s ever been capable of. You obviously don’t powerlift. That yelling pumps you up.
Mugwort your mental strength can actually be boosted with moral support. Ask anyone in the army, on the police force, or really on any team. when you’re squad is hyping you up, it actually helps. and if anything, doing a 1000+ lb deadlift (something you will never do in your life) is when you would benefit from that support the most

@@oozumaki7501 I weigh 160lbs with a 300lb bench 420 DL and 355 Back Squat. When people ask me how did I achieve these lifts my response is crossfit then they stand there looking stupid. Not to mention countless other benchmarks or imrpessive movements and weights I can do. If you want to improve your bench gymnastics will help you my secret specifically is bar muscle ups and Dips (weighted dips).
@Vance G DeBravo you can only find a gym like in the video in Iceland. It's Thor's Power Gym (newly done) with a ton of strongman equipment- atlas stones etc. You can see the tour on his channel
