I agree. If I had the $30 million to buy this house, I’d have to spend the extra $15 million to gut the interior and update it to this millennia. The exterior of the home just doesn’t match the interior.
that just means you have no class and bad taste, but its ok, because many folks have the same problems, this place is the epitome of class and opulence
It definitely looks expensive but the style is very old school. It looks like what your grandma would buy if she were rich. I would love to see something on this scale that didn’t look so dated.

It would be nice to have some context in this video. What room is in what part of the house, etc.?? Very confusing and disjointed video...and the music is horrible!!
The back yard gets me every time. Like being at Hurricane Harbor in Arlington overlooking a hotel, that you own. I'd commit fraudulent behavior to have this house! *Wait** oops. Medicaid fraud is bad.
Arthur Greenstein true dat I guess I'm just a kid lol what would I know about taxes, let alone I did just throw away the fact that you have bills and taxes to pay on top of the house itself like lawn treatment and cleaning the house especially finding a maid that will clean the house.

Medicaid fraud. I never got it either. I mean, even a top notch orthodontist couldn't do this. Even if he worked for famous people. It's an amazing house in Dallas, much cooler for real than the video, but it's like a 25 million dollar home without the utilities and water bill. So, those 2 words. Medicaid Fraud. And it's actually 2 houses he had remodeled into one property.
@@jerrievans3997 he owns multiple orthodontist offices and is the owner of an orthadontist group. maybe if he was a single orthodontist he might not be able to reach this, but he owns multiple offices
@@ranishiiswife349 Thanks so much for the info. I haven't lived in Texas for a while so I was unaware of how many offices he had. I do know he was dealing with medicaid fraud. So, who knows?!

They're probably getting a divorce because she spends all his money she got more shoes then she can even wear that's why she's out spending his money even as we speak I can imagine what he must spend on his water bill to I know it's probably regurgitated cleanliness water but I don't know you probably spend a lot of money on the water
The Trout residence. Not sure what to say, over done? Too much? The newly wealthy have always done this. And in this case a lovelier family is hard to find. Very nice very attractive and very successful. NO reason for all of this.
In order to own this, you MUST use the yearly returns (from your invested principal), to pay for the upkeep of the house and daily living (without decrease in living). The yearly interest (to be used for the upkeep of the house, and daily living), would need to be well into 8 figures (for life). Using principal to pay it off (bad) Using interest (made from the principal) to pay it off (good)
