So glad you're gonna be showing the new 24v pump. I think you're right about having both. I have purchased gas, I can adjust the flow though so it's not always 11 gpm. We'll see you there! Can't wait to see that beautiful truck
Definitely excited about the remote system and most likely will retrofit our skid once available! That 10gal would be great to swap out one of our 5.5 for some of these big jobs! Keep it up Coty and team!
New to the business. I’m a full-time police officer for twenty years. I’m positioning myself for life after the badge. I’ve watched pretty much every single one of your videos, some multiple times. I love that your relatable and your system is very duplicatable. Keep up the good work and God Bless.
Excellent video, very informative. The remote capabilities are very exciting. The 12V system is enough but the 24V would be nice to have as an option as needed.
Whoa!! Nice! There’s a lot of years of experience in this video. Y’all always bring us ways to be more efficient. As soon as I finish building this house, I’m ordering my Trailer with the metering system and the 24V pump. I can’t wait. Keep up the good work Coty.
I love my gas powered pump. I use a 12v for spraying driveways and ground level surfaces. I've had the gas pump for 3 years and no leaks. I flush it out with regular water and then with distilled water everyday, along with my pressure washers. It costs a few extra bucks, but it saves on repairs. Distilled water is used in automobile radiators for a reason, so why not this type of equipment?
What is the life expectancy of the 24v? Is it about the same as the 12v. And would you say it is a disposable like the 12v? So you'll need to carry and backup if cost allow. And whats the expected run time?
These pumps have the motor shield feature, it is designed to detect a leak between the pump head, and the electric motor itself. That way you only have to replace the $40 pump head, and not the entire pump.
Man I love seeing all yalls MAJOR PROGRESS & come ups !!! Had planned on maybe popping up at the big convention but I'll be offshore. Yall came a long way from the time I met all yall and it motivates the hell outta me !!! 💪👌Yall be safe n keep up the good work homie!! ✌
The tip you put into the 5.5 gpm went 50 ft. I use that blue adjustable tip and only go 30ft. I like to buy the one that goes 50 ft. Can you please tell me the price or where it is on the site Thank you
SESW for the WIN!!! So innovative full of ideas y'all are; very excited to see the 24v w/ the remote metering system in my hands! I noticed two batteries hooked to the 24v; maybe a video next on wiring options if much different from 12v..? Thanks in advance!
Looking for super pump mount set up ideas and watched couple old vids- it's so cool being a part of the cutting edge from TRT to BatchBuster metering valves! This is a great life! Got my 2nd Batchbuster today set up w super balls. I am going to redo trailer and keep my 12 volt set up too. Really looking forward to the upcoming release of information that will come with the pump. For set up ideas. Let's go!
Will There be a 1 inch 3/4 inch and a 1/2 inch option for the remote mixing valve system? And are You going sell just the remote valve that allows you to control the chemical separate? Or only sell entire kits? I
How does hose length effect the 12v, I’ve been running 12v. Probably running wrong size tips, pumps go out quick with rinsing and we don’t get near that far with the 5.5’s
Hey Coty I would love to know the amp hours on what that pump is pulling. Like example would be if it’s pulling 35 amps it would last about 8 hours with a deep cycle better. My batter says it can run 255 amp hours at a constant flow if 20 amps.
Hey Coty, do you build smaller like Maverick Soft Wash System with the metering System? I want to add Soft Wash System to my pressure wash trailer but I don't have enough space to get the skid.
I would be very interested in having both the 12v and 24v on the trailer. We have a lot of tall lake houses on steep lots around here. I'd love to leave the ladder on the trailer more often.
Is there any point in down streaming if you have a good 12v soft wash system? like is downstreaming faster? Just wanna know because im thinking of setting one up myself
I think one of the biggest benefits of the 24-volt would be it's 10 gallons a minute you could legitly rent a house with that. So there'd be very little to no chemical waste wants to soap stops coming then you know that you have flushed out the system.
I’ve been waiting for this review! Thank you so much! I think it’s funny listening to you and Leon Jones. I know y’all 2 are friends but you both stand by the 2 different type of pumps. I am a huge GPM fan on my pumps for rinsing and speed. I don’t like rinsing some buildings with a pressure washer. Like hardy board for example. I was leaning towards the gas pump but this might be better (at least on my wallet.) is it still half inch inlet like the 12v?
How many Ft of hose can you use on s 24v soft wash system and still get sufficient psi. I was gonna try to use 400 ft but wasn’t sure if I would still get good psi
Are you guys using the same size hoses that are normally on the Alumimax Pro setup? Man, if I can get a few more feet with this it would be helpful with all the tall houses we have in our area. Thanks again for the great content!!
Secure the Reel Deals to the stand. You know someone is going to bump into those things and hopefully not hit the truck. Wish I could go. Wishing y'all luck!!!
“Gas roof pump” killer… you ain’t joking. I’ve considered getting one just for larger commercial but it seems like a waste for how little it would’ve used. This is the solution!
Nope. We ain’t nowhere near implementation of this product. It’ll be something you could do on your own once you get it but we still have a lot of R&D before we offer it. Sorry man, I wish I could but I’m not one to just slap something on a unit with due diligence. Good news is it should be a easy mod for you to do if you decide to add it on.
None of those type pumps are rated for bleach, plus it’s just 1 more thing to go wrong with a generator involved. Battery power is simple, quiet, runs all day, easy to setup, etc It’s definitely doable the way you are talking about, but if it were more efficient everyone would be doing it that way. If that’s what you’ve got to work with it’ll definitely get the job done tho
Yeah, we could have done a simple on/off remote a long time ago, but we decided to just go big and do a actual programmed metering remote. Fairly complicated gizmo but very cool
Reminds me of the "I can pee further than you" that being said...MARK THAT TERRITORY COTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SESW DA GOATS!!! Ya'll keep pushing the limits and I love it!!!
David from Palmetto Softwash Solutions.... great video, booth looks great. Does that 24v option have a rated PSI? Looking for affordable non gas rinsing option. Thanks!
@@Rick-kp6wf I believe the 1/2 out is creating good flow, but if you go to 3/8" you will get the higher pressure from the flow restriction and actually shoot further
