2.1 for when it's hot outside. 1.8 when it's cooler outside (2.3 if it's an already clean home). Flo- Pro . Less than a half Oz of Elemonator per gallon of SH .7 gpm fat boy for roofs and deeply stained hard substrates. ( I still batch mix)( don't yell at me😂 ) Dedicated and labeled pump up sprayers for different applications such as Degreaser( Gold Assassin), Gutter Brightening ( Gutter Grenade), rust remover ( aluminum brightener) etc.. Neutralizer. Plant Wash. M5 twist and a Davis shooter tip. No drugs, alcohol, lottery tickets, fast food, or excuses. Pull your britches up and hold your mouth right 💪 North Georgia.

I downstream using a large portable machine using a JRod. I tell customers that I use a soft wash method and that it is very low pressure.

By the way, based on yours and other channel input, I cleaned the siding and gutters on my house. Absolutely amazing. Used a 2 gallon pump sprayer and a pressure washer to rinse. Amazing and easy. Thanks for sharing your expertise.

Here in Keystone Heights, Florida I have a super suds sucker injector. I have the Southeast Softwash check valve injector. And I also have the smart stream remote downstream box. Also run a m5 twist with a tall reach tip shooter tip. No 12 vote yet. Great video.

This was a great video! I feel the exact same way. It depends on the project on what method I may use to softwash a house! Always down streaming on Hardie planks. By the way I have learned a lot from watching your videos since July 2022.

I am called the RainBeast out of Creedmoor, NC, 20 minutes from both the Durham and Raleigh area. I use a 12 volt system for softwashing. I do downstream and use a J-rod when I have to soft wash a older model house or upon request. For a roof cleaning I still use the J-rod, however, I want to purchased the M5 twist one day when I have an extra $85 to spend on it, lol.

I do all of my soft washing with an M5 down stream. I solely use an 8gpm unit for all of my house soft washing and surface cleaning.

I recently got an AR45 and have been using that to wash houses because it really speeds things up for me as opposed to downstreaming with my 5.5GPM machine. I agree that both are softwashing when you use the right tips! Cheers boss!

Here in middle Tennessee, this ole boy softwashes with a downstream injector and an xjetm5 when a hotter mix is in order. Common sense gets the job done and done right, regardless of your methodology. Customers can't be happier with the work, and that's what keeps them calling back.

Equipment Set Up Question: On my trailer I have a 225 Gallon Buffer Tank, 55 Gallon SH Tank & 16 Gallon Surfactant tank. When downstreaming how do you get a surfactant into your downstream mix? I'm setting up my plumbing now on my trailer and my plan was to use a 3 way valve and have the 1/4 inch hose leading from the downstream injector to the 3 way valve and from the 3 way valvle have it lead to the SH tank and water tank. That way when I'm done downstreaming I can close the SH and run water through the injector and washing it out. I then started thinking how do I introduce the surfactant to the downsteam mix? Should you have I separate tank for downstreaming that has a surfactant mixed into the SH, or should I always have a surfactant mixed into my main 55 gallon SH tank? Most of the trailers I see have the 3 tanks only, so just confused on how to get surfactant into downstream mix. Thanks for any help

Hey Kyle, If I'm down streaming with the ex jet for a house wash, I have my downstream hose going to a 5 gallon bucket with straight chem. What percentage chem is it pulling through? I know the ex jet comes with tips for ratio's, but I've seen a few guys saying that the most you can pull through down streaming is 1.5%. So if i need to throw 2% on the house, I would probably need a softwash system? I'm getting a little confused with this. Thank you man.

Why does your blend manifold have a hose coming out each end. I know 1 is to go to your reel not sure what the 2nd is for. Is it to rinse out your hose n pump?

Can you downstream any house siding? Which materials on a house siding would need a hotter mix that downstreaming could not accommodate?

Would a Super Sud Injector work with a low pressure high volume pump for a hot mix? Ive heard the can give a hot mix, but dont know if they need high psi pumps to work... Just want to prolong pump life. Im in the system planning stage. Thanks.

Why do you have to use the soft Wash pump to get the hotter mix to do roof washes? I’m new in the game and love your content. I’m doing some washes. I’m downstreamin, xjet’n with the og xjet. So when you downstream SH, what percent of mix are you pulling? That's the biggest question I have. Second would be what is a good downstream injector? I know the ones that come with pressure washers are trash.
