브리(?) 님 나오는 운동영상 따라하고 그리고 나서 이 운동했어요. 역시 올블랑 너무 좋습니다. 이렇게 좋은 운동을 매일매일 해야하는데 먹는건 매일매일 먹는데 정작 운동은 매일매일 안하고 하루하루 넘어가네요.. 그래도 오랜만에 올블랑영상보면서 땀 흘려서 기분이 너무 좋았습니다. 감사합니다.!

I really have a hard time doing lateral and front raise, y usually do 4 sets, 15 reps, 3 or 4 kg per hand, do you have any tips more than lower the kg? i wont give up but i dont wanna hurt myself doing those
