On November 25, 1997, the Law School presented its 10th Symposium on Media Law: "All's Fair in Love, War & Newsreporting?" Moderated by Professor Alberto Bernabe, a panel of professionals with expertise in mainstream and legal journalism evaluated the ethics and emerging concerns associated with news influenced by ride-along and intrusive interview tactics.
The Symposium on Media Law series was generously supported by Baker & McKenzie LLP.
