In this video you'll learn how to use excel macros from scratch using three real world examples. First, we'll go over a simple formatting example so you can automate formatting cells. Second, we'll go over removing comments and making the selection dynamic. We'll also cover macro buttons so you can activate these more easily. This will also include the types of macros from personal workbook, to file specific. Finally, we'll go over an advanced macro example with a bit of VBA so we can customize it further. This will be to create multiple new excel sheets with different names.

For anyone wondering whether the courses are worh it, heres an unbiased review from someone trying to get into investment banking (finance major in the UK) I purchased the all access subscription (best value + for my career, all the courses teach skills required) - Just like his youtube videos, he gets straight to the point in the course. Kanji - instead of using micro to create 5 product tabs, can we copy product 1 tab into 4 more? What are the benefits of using macro where it involves programming language?

The main benefit is automation. If you make a list of macros for while, eventually you will have a list of them And that list will come of great help when you're under pressure and having to do multiple tasks with deadlines You'll have a whole set of macros that will speed up simple processes that eat up your time
