Hey, in regards to Smokey Nagata's V12 Supra. It actually wasn't a V12 in the top-speed run, the V12 was added in later when he wanted it to go faster. In his infamous top-speed run where he got arrested, it was actually powered by a heavily modified RB26DETT from a Skyline. The clip you showed was when it was still powered by the RB26DETT.

I’m turning 15 in a week and I will say I did believe the Supra’s were the fastest when I was younger. But I will say that I don’t like BMW’s or really any super/hyper car. I like the old Nissans not for how fast they can go or for their popularity, but rather for how they look. For example my dream car is the 2007 Nissan fair lady 350Z. I love the way it’s designed and I’m not even gonna get it modded. Just a white paint, black rims, and a simple spoiler is all I need.

The RX7 deserves praise honestly, it's one of the very few rotary cars that has actually had a decent success. Engine aside it's a really good car, it has proven to be one of the most insane drift car platforms and if it wasn't overrated it would definitely be considered one of the most unique JDMs. Mazda has risked in experimenting with the rotary engine and it has done the best job with it yet

Nah, you bugging. Nagata chose that engine cause it was Japanese. He wanted to show the world that japan has good and very fast cars. Japan was looked down back then cause of 280 hp rule. That is why he was doing 300+ km/h challenges all over the world. He is a legend.

smokey had 2 supras. the v12 one is the one with weird headlights,which was his design for the mk5.the one that you showed is the one he put an rb26 in and its the same one he hit 197 mph. the v12 is just for show

I think the Myvi memes have gone out of hand. The car itself is doing its purpose: being a budget friendly hatchback,but the car being able to gap Ferraris is bs. I’m happy the rx7 wasn’t ruined. The msrp is reasonable in today’s money for a completely stock one, and the prices of FB marketplace for clapped out ones or heavily modded ones are ok too. But all the best cars don’t get the love they deserve. (Cough cough, EUNOS COSMO)

The reason the FD3S rx7 is more popular than the FC3S and SA22C is because of Tokyo drift, mad mike, and other culprits. The main way it isn’t in as many edits is because of its issues and cut potential compared to the 2jz and 1uz.

The LFA cost at launch was insane when compared to the Viper, ZR1, Gallardo, R8, or even the R35. They were far better price wise and have the same if not better performance than the LFA which is why it failed

i didnt even know that the T80 existed ☠☠ My personal opinions on the r35: Its only overhyped because its a successor to the R34. thats the only reason that like 95% of people like it. My personal opinions on the dodge hellcats: it gets hate because of the sterotypes, people who dont own them just wont stop calling them boats. and it does have some bad reputation, as alot are used for escaping police and illegal activities. they also get some hate from stereotypes because they get reponed a lot. Yes they do get over hated, but like you said, you can see where the haters are coming from. It's just more of a personal preference with hellcats.

I'm late to the party, but the F90 M5 part is more true than ever. Ever since the reveal of the new G90 M5, the F90 M5 has become from glazed to every-topic-brought. Ignoring everything anything negative they said about the F90 back in 2017. Some people hated the F90 because it's AWD, but those kids act like they didn't say anything. I prefer the F10, dislike it all you want.

My brother actually smoky nagata had put an RB26 engine inside his supra originally then idk who put a V12 inside that after smoky nagata by all means the sound in the video of (awful sounding v12) is actually an RB26 from the gtr R32 skyline gtr not a v12
