I love all breads, and I bake most of them myself. Try baking your own bread because you can add or your own choices of ingredients, whole wheat, nuts coconuts or just plain bread. Vegetarian and regular I love them all.
BREAD; considering the extremely massive diabetes epidemic world wide right now the ONLY bread people should be eating is keto bread with one/two net carbs. No other breads should be eaten.
