I grind up seeds to a fine powder and add a spoonful to my matcha tea. I fill up my large yeti water bottle with super hot water and just sip it all day long. I only add a spoon full of matcha powder (ground up green tea leaves) and the Fennel powder. Nothing else.
It’s totally true. It’s been one month since I’m drinking this water. It helps you to lose weight, gives glowing skin and maintain sleep as well. Totally recommended. Drink warm fenel water before having breakfast.
@@sunshyne81lbs17 I drink one mug before breakfast. Only one cup/mug is required because if you’ll drink more than a cup, then it can affect your health and hormones.
The rest of the world is not just knowing of fennel seed. I am from St. Kitts and I'm 62 years old. My grandmother gave me fennel tea for stomach problem and to just have a cup of good tea. Fennel is all over the world. I use the fennel leaves and put in my salad.
We indians use fennel seeds after every meals sence thousands years n Pakistan was part of India till before 1947 thts why Pakistani culture similar to Indian culture Pakistanis still following their ancestors rules bcz unke roots r frm India 👍
I was having some health issues with my kidney the dr said maybe a stone before I even went to the dr I was feeling so sick I decided to make a tea, I always put all the big dogs in my tea lemon, ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, honey, this time I added fennel and I could literally feel it working. Idk if this is placebo or not but I’m grateful. I had originally bought the seeds because my sons love it in the Italian pork sausage we get from Costco but they have decided to eat more healthily so I don’t buy that sausage anymore. They have asked me to make the sausage at home now with ground turkey meat but one key ingredient that they loved about that Costco pork sausage was the fennel seeds. So I bought a bag at the Indian spice store for their turkey sausage. I’m so glad I added this spice back into rotation ❤
So I made the healthy yummy drink using the fennel seeds 1 litre of water & 1/2 it I’ve strained it will drink once cooler but unless I missed it you didn’t then say what to do with the seeds left as I’d like to know please otherwise such a waste. Fennel seeds are very very effective on all the areas covered in this video. That is correct. Since I am from India, I have discovered the positive effects of the fennel seeds.
I am a tea lover but I wanna do away with sweet tea or just have it in moderations. I need a tea alternative for dinner and most of all of them has too much sugar, high frutose corn syrup or too much citruc acid. Any suggestions? 🤔
Interesting, I started drinking fennel with fenugreek tea every night and I always chew the fennel seeds at the end. I began drinking this after having used pills for breast milk supply. I haven’t nursed in 4 years but I’m certain these seeds help increase breast size and makes my skin more supple. It has not helped me with constipation. But I only drink a cup a day
