I wish I don't have this anxiety problem 😢 I never thought it would happen to me. And it sucks. 😢 It's been 4 years and I feel like a decade. Sometimes I just feel so tired of being anxious and just want to die. But sometimes I thank God for waking me up UpTo this day . But to be honest. I feel so tired. Like really tired.. I feel like I have nobody to hold on to when I need one. And I wonder when it will end. And what I CAN do so God will hear my prayers 😢
I used to have a positive vision of my work as nursing assistant with ederly people but covid and worst working condition, i'm near burn out and sometimes can't have a positive vision of whatt i do, because we don't have less and less time to listen and take care of people. The only positive is with my coworkers or some people i talk with who see us tired.

I use a vicks vapor stick to help me get back Into reality! it looks natural and people don't give me weird looks lol also I carry an ice pack to jolt me to the present. also last time I had a panick attack I grabbed a war head candy and def helped bring me back!!!! omg it was so sour but I sucked up all the sourness right away! 😆

How I personally overcame anxiety? I am 55 years old and every woman I've ever married or dated has screwed around on me. So I found peace when I finally came to terms with the fact that I will never find a woman that is pure and good and I am okay with that because there aren't any, and if you take exception with my comment I dare you to prove me otherwise
As someone who is looking to influence the world 🌎 to help others, tips #4 and #5 are particularly helpful. Gratitude, perspective, and present-mindedness are ideations I am trying to practice in order to love myself and others. I feel like maybe it takes the same amount of energy to fixate on the negative things as it does on the positive things. Maybe I don't know but thinking positively is definitely going to serve you better in the end no matter if it's harder or not. Anything worth having in life is going to take some amount of work and I didn't know that applied to our mental state, relationships, emotions, all things we consider more abstract and less tangible which in turn probably made me think we can't work towards it because most work is classified as concrete (i.e. like the hospital cleaners vs why they do it)
Not to be negative...You look priviliged. You use devices to feel better, but back in the days we could feel good without them. We consume things and thats not good for the planet. This thoughts create anxiety for me, but I'm feeling stuck of whats real, what I need to do, because priviliged people like you and me have a choice. I'm addicted to youtube. Doing nothing feels like missing something fun, but now I'm filling my time by info that feels usefull...and I can do that again and again. My thoughts and anxiety get my stuck to my mobile. I don't want to feel bored...sometimes I let myself be bored, but then it feels like wasting time. I feel like I can always do better. I have to stop because now I don't go the sleep. I don't want to watch yt is what i sad in the morning and now Im here again for almost 1.5 hour. This message feels like a diary😂
