I am a pcos person suffering from microadenoma and breast tumour(birad 3) I gained 25 kilos over the years I started intermittent fasting and a lot more things I have lost 5 kilos this month I am so happy because never since the last 2 years have i lost even a single gram

@Zoe_the_doggo diet was simple...Ghar ka khana Maine bht vegetables and fruits khaya(jo ki main pehle nhi khaati thi) My eating window is 9 am to 5 pm Calorie counting krr skte ho toh bht acha hai Ek month krlia toh ab aadat hogyi hai This month I will start doing weights and also increase my protein intake upto 1g per kg of my body weight Dheere dheere achi habits include kro lifestyle mei 😊😊

Lost 2kg in 15days (1May-15May) I've been overweight as long as 1 remember and it's hard for me to stay consistent but since a couple of days I have been trying to stay consistent.... Please wish me luck I have to reduce 20kg.... I'm really depressed because of my weight Thanku for ur attention ❤

30min walk morning n evening 6-8Glass of Water Avoid Sugar, Potato, Rice and any kind of outside packed food Don't starve yourself.... Switch to home made food (Instead of cookies, Namkeen, chips take roasted chikpeas, Puffed rice, Poha, Roasted maakhane) Do dance or zumba for 15minutes Start gradually Try to Maintain ur sleep schedule

I've lost 20kgs in an year 3XL to L size. By healthy lifestyle. I was always slim till 2014 but 2014-2023 I was obese..by my poor lifestyle n eating habit though I had no health issues..my doctor gave me left and right last year ... because of that i decided to lose weight ..so if any doc scolds we shud take it positively as a motivation

How nicely you shared your story. A fat person 's life is so difficult. Very few people realise it and make harsh comments and give foolish advice like just eat less and exercise more etc. as if the obese person does not have the knowledge that these would help. Same mere sath bhi ho rha hai 11 saalo se....meri height 5.6" hai or weight 77 kg hai jo pehle 81 kg tha pr abhi mene physical activity suru ki hai to sab normal lho raha hai...but log muh par ase bolte hai ye bhi nahi sochte ki koi chah kr mota nahi hota sabko acha dikhne ka shok hai kuch problem hoti hai tabhi ye sab hota hai... society confidence ko zameen pr la deti hai baar baar tok ke...bhai hame pata hai ki ham mote hai aap mat bataiye...stress PCOS PCOS thyroid diabetes ye sab wajah hoti hai ki kitna hi kosis kr le kam nahi hota or samjh bhi nahi ata ki kare kya...shaadi hamari nahi hogi apko kya

मेरे दो बच्चे हैं और लास्ट बच्चे की डिलीवरी के बाद से मेरा पेट कुछ ज्यादा निकल आया है और पेट के आसपास की जो एरिया है वह कुछ ज्यादा बढ़ गई है इसलिए मेरा वेट कुछ ज्यादा लगता है और मैं मोटी दिखती हूं वैसे हाथ पैर में तो कोई फर्क नहीं है हांथ तो एकदम पतली है बस खाली पेट और कमर और जांघों में जो चर्बी जमा हो गई। Please help me Please friend aap log Meri madad kijiye mujhe koi solution nahin mil raha hai kis tarah se main apna vate Kam karun
