@@PropertyBuddy yes. Love the concept but workmanship is one of the worst. Not normal bad, but worst. If normal poor finishing still can accept but this is beyond that. Like u said, finishing is rough on the gap of the tiles, that's minor. U haven't seen 2 pieces of plywood slides into the door frame visibly where your finger can slide in.. ceiling can be tilted down in some units.. leaking everywhere seem to be common.. uneven tiles in almost all corridor area in all level..when fixing defects only Bangladesh workers are doing it without supervisor hence the bangla quality... holes and cracks seem to be standard in carpark ceilings and walls.. uneven ramp of carpark.... urine stench and smell everywhere especially in the water and electrical riser room when handing over keys.. cigarette buds everywhere... basically entire building isn't ready. And to add up, 2 workers just tested positive for covid 19 and now they shut down again and delay the defect work.. no qa/qc at all during construction period. What more can I say, Symphony Life is just a shit hole developer.
