I've been saving up for a wonder mill junior, and will be ordering it through your website today! Thank you, Sue! I've been watching your content for the past six months, and after being gluten-freeor almost 30 years, am looking forward to adding *real* whole bread into my diet. Your Biblical view and testimonials have given me confidence in taking this step. I understand the extra work with hand mill, and want to experiment with nut butters, as well. The prepper in me wants to invest in the non-electric mill first.... And excellent guest today! EDIT order placed 👍 EDIT Now three days later, mill has arrived!!!!

YES! I wished I had actually done that first, before spending money on a mill that I ended up not liking. So, yes, I would buy a hand mill first - you can do ANYTHING wet or dry with that one! Then remember it's a TOOL, and get a stone grain mill that will do ALL kinds and sizes of beans and corn, with no trouble.

Thanks so much for sharing your journey. We're so glad you're here! When you're ready to let the mill do all the work for you (instead of hand-grinding), we do highly recommend the Wondermill. It has stainless steel milling heads and will never need sharpening nor maintenance, unlike the stone mills. Thanks for commenting!

I have been milling my own flour and making bread for about 6 months. I so needed to hear this today - I've really struggled with nit being afraid of the carbs after using almond flour, etc. for so long. Thank you ❤

I was so touched by this testimony and all the other Bread Stories. I've just started milling approximately 2 months ago after finding Bread Beckers. I'm making bread and muffins, rolls and brownies and everything else for my family. Thank you Sue for bringing this lovely story and Thank you for being a true blessing to everyone.

It’s a shame in our country that dietitians don’t know about the health benefits of freshly milled flour.
