In this video I introduce you to some of the more bizarre or exotic foods of the Philippines. Wait, I don't think bizarre is the proper terminology. These dishes are enjoyed daily in the Philippines and it is only bizarre in the sense that some people have never tried them and therefore are scared of them. Being a westerner myself, I can totally understand the hesitation in eating a bulls penis. But once you get over the stigma of what it "is", it is just another piece of meat, full of aromatic flavours from the broth the soup is made from.
I'm hoping a video like this will encourage a few people to actually step outside of their comfort zone and try something new. you may be surprised that this isn't as "bizarre" at it may seem.
