Every year on Santo Stefano (Boxing Day), a local town hosts a live Nativity and the whole town comes together to make special regional dishes and serve them in their own homes. I was amazed at how much effort went in to make this a spectacular experience!

I’ve just discovered your excellent channel and so glad that I did! Having just returned from Sulmona for the second time I can see why you chose Abruzzo. It’s just perfect. Wonderful people, nature and culture. I’ve never visited a place that I’ve wanted to return to as much, and I’ve been all over Italy. I’d move there tomorrow if I could, so, best of luck to you, and see you on the next one.
