I agree with you... Pop Squad was brilliant. I also found the Drowned Giant oddly haunting and moving. Brilliant video, sir!

Drowned giant also moved me. I thought it was weird that it was the episode most devoted to death, decaying and an irrevocable end, yet it felt like the most optimistic. It really felt close to how life and death is experienced as humans who find comfort in meaning.

It might not be a hidden detail but I like the detail where the main character in Pop Squad is looking up to the rain cause if I understand it correctly - the city above the clouds would probably never or rarely have rain. Another symbol of being on the ground.

I wouldn't call the liquid in pop squad "green". I would say it's light blue or maybe turquoise. But a totally different shade than the plush or the house. The connection with the liquid is a little farfetched imo.
