Cecillia Items: Suggested revamps. As far as I can see, Cecillia's creations are more focused on clothing for social events, perhaps the odd jewelry on occasion. Or perhaps they are meant for the adventurer who wants to be stylish while spelunking down monster-filled pits. Favored Enchantments: (These enchantments are essentially her trademark. It's not a true Cecillia without them!) 1. Gleaming: This enchantment was taken from Xanathhar's Guide to Everything common magic item, Armor of Gleaming (page 136), where the armor (or in this case, clothing) never gets dirty. 2. Mending: This enchantment was also taken from XGtE, Clothes of Mending (page 137.) These Clothes will mend themselves daily to counteract any minor damages. any major damages of the outfit can't be repaired this way. Frostflake Dress (attunement): While wearing this dress, flakes of harmless snow falls from this dress, after a minute, the flakes disappear. Additionally, you can cast protection from Energy (cold) on yourself once per day. Frostmaidens (attunement): While wearing these boots, your footsteps leave icy prints that disappear in a minute. These prints are not hazardous. Additionally, once per day, you can as an action, freeze over the floor in a 30 ft. square centered on yourself, becoming difficult terrain for a minute. When the icy surface appears, each creature standing in its area must succeed on a DC: 15 Dexterity saving throw or fall prone. A creature that enters the area or ends its turn there must also succeed on a DC: 15 Dexterity saving throw or fall prone. (This is just an icy Grease spell with a wider radius and a range of self.) When attuned to both: You can move across icy surfaces without needing to make an ability check. Additionally, difficult terrain composed of ice or snow doesn't cost it extra movement. I believe this would be appropriate for their given names. Additionally, I've made my own magic item for this set, as a gift. Frostheart (attunement): This choker is a complimentary item for Frostflake and Frostmaidens, enhancing their effects each once per day. While wearing this choker and the boots, you can cast Water Walk, leaving behind an icy trail on the water. While wearing this choker and the dress, you can cast Snilloc's Snowball Swarm at third-level, DC save of 15.
I love the gleaming and Mending suggestion more, it indeed sounds like something they'd all have! The Frostmaidens change seems cool to! thank you so much :)
Has Fishiie ever played Aquaria by Bit Blot? Or do they play games other then D&D and board games. Their profile pic as a mermaid with fins made me subscribe.
