You guys are BRAVE!!! Taking a first fam vacay to the MIDDLE OF NOWHERE plus a long drive is intense!!! Our first vacay with baby had 2 extra people along just to help with the baby spazzes. And we spent most of the time at a hotel with room service!!! Lol!! I gotta tell ya, Fam, vacation is a spa and hot tub....hiking is work. Aza is growing in front of our eyes!!! Look how big she is!!!

Nice trip. One small tip for next hiking trips; have hiking shoes/boots on instead of sneakers; not only will this give you better support while walking up and down but you will have a better gribb on slippery parts which is really important...especially when carrying a baby. You will be suprised how easily you can slipp on paths that are covered with leaves, small stones etc. The type of shoes you wear is essential.
We actually were wearing hiking shoes. They are Adidas and they are made for hiking - very sturdy support and extremely grippy on the bottoms. So we were all good! 😊
@@TheColeLife Ahhh okey I see cool 🙂 As a wild-guide we normally don't recommend these types for wild outdoors hikes but more so for small hilled walking/hiking routes; mostly because the tiredness for example felt at the top of the hike comes from this lack of support. But if they felt secure enough for you both with gripp im sure they´re fine as long as you have a good gripp going downhill as for longer hikes this can affect the body balance tremendously when there has been energy lost from the uphill. In any case a lovely outdoors trip to see with your family friends. Bisous to you all.

Was worried about that! These people are crazy and even a precious baby won’t stop them doing something terrible. If anything the mixed baby will send them into more of a hate frenzy!
AZAAAAAAAA!! I wouldn't mind that hike as long as we didn't run into anything. Oh, I thought that they decided together to have him hold Aza because he could hold her more securely and it would be harder for her to have a whole baby with her.
Sevierville is my favorite Tennessee sight. If you get a chance to, check out the Oak Haven cabins. We love cabin # 24. Check it out, you won't be disappointed. Please know I have no connection to the resort other than the fact that I love it.
Hey guys, I am so happy you came to my neck of the woods for a vacation. I personally like the pigeon forge cabins most of all, Townsend next if really need to get away from everything and rejuvenate. Tell Lexie that on those trails like you were on please let you carry her, not saying she not able to but there's way to many unknowns and wild animals that can surprise attack the smaller size person of the group. This way she want be discovered right away and protected from everything. Not saying anything will happen but just be careful. Maybe you could turn aza around some so her head doesn't look like she is in a difficult or uncomfortable position . Have fun, enjoy your time with family and can't wait for the next part
Yes it was SO gorgeous! And we decided it was best for me to take her for a few other reasons but that’s a great reason as well. And funny enough, Aza was super comfortable - she just kept swiveling her head to see things. She fell asleep most of the bike though. Head buried in my chest.
Absolutely stunning scenery! Beautiful friends and fabulous fun but I am with Jenaye(sorry about the spelling), I would be a bit razzled with the height stuff! I know you guys must have rested and taken a hydration break, right! Aza is adorable and had the best seat on the trip, courtesy of Dad! LOL
