37:54 I thought like this too, Then discovered a hole in the wall restaurant with Balkan Barbeque. A big round fresh baked white loaf of bread, covered in cream cheese, onions, and ground pork and lamb/beef cooked like a burger but in a sort of thick breakfast banger shape no sausage skin or anything. It's amazing, but like "poutine with greasy Montreal smoked meat melting in the gravy" good. A bit of a guilty pleasure.

39:00 in my expert opinion you should've heated it with and additional 1/2 can of beef broth, that would've most definitely brought out its inner stew potential.
