I've had a few panic attacks in the last few days and I'm in the hospital, which is a stressful environment. This music and this comment section have been the best thing happening to me since I got here. I cannot express how grateful I am for all of you sharing your stories. Even though right now some of us may be facing though situations, or even what feels like the most difficult obstacle to overcome so far, just remember to breathe, recenter yourself and always keep in mind that this is only making you stronger! This is not just the rhythm, not the harmonics but the most effective of this track is the health and soul effect and impact. Just to let it out that I sleep with this track on all night nearly every week.
