Safety warning - be sure to anchor the band well if using knot behind the door! Just had my theraband knot squeeze through the gap and hit me hard in the face/eyes... couldn't see for 30mins. Luckily ok but be safe!

Hey there, great vid. Is it ok for me to do these exercises as a way to rehab a sublux dislocation? (my first, shoulder has been fine my whole life until just now. 32yo, started climbing a few months ago). I couldn't find any videos you've done specifically on shoulder dislocations, just the shoulder pinching. Thanks heaps, great content, love it!

What is the brand of resistance band that you use? Also, what is the lbs of resistance? Thanks!

Theraband is the brand I'm using. The lbs of resistance varies depending on the length of the band.

@@HoopersBeta thank you, that makes sense. I bought a variety pack with three different color 5ft therabands (yellow/red/green), but the green one already broke... I think I'll buy a roll of the blue and cut it longer to have the flexibility of more or less resistance. All of your videos are super helpful, recently found your channel and its great! Thanks!
