It’s crazy how you don’t need super high energy complicated workouts to truly activate your muscles!! This is one of the best ab workouts I’ve done, and it’s enjoyable to do, plus I love this guys energy. All around this is incredible!!

Love this workout!! I was getting bored with basic ab videos so was looking for a change and couldn’t recommend this more. My core felt so engaged and zero back pain. This video has sparked an interest in Pilates

Love how Brian consistently works in exercises and stretches I've never seen, and often hit overlooked muscle groups, in every one of his workout videos. Been doing pilates for years, but I'm always coming back. Plus, the great energy! I'm always impressed

I adore this workout so much! I started it while searching for Pilates that would strengthen my core after fracturing my spine and haven’t done a different core work out since. Not only is it very manageable time-wise to fit into your morning routine, but it also shows results very quickly which is an added bonus in my case. This channels videos are absolutely brilliant! Thank you for making resources like this so accessible :)

this is my favorite core workout!! its easy to follow & the moves dont look challenging or take a long time to adjust to but i always feel it the next day. id love to see more brian & more deep core routines!!

Loved this workout, I could feel my core working and activating muscles I rarely use. Brian’s personality is golden, he kept me entertained throughout. I hadn’t even planned on doing the whole thing, but by the time I checked the clock it only had 2 mins left so I finished it. ✅ good job everyone!

I'm glad that I gave that workout another chance. This time it was way easier to do heel slides because surface was more smooth for easier gliding. ALso part of the time I did alternating heel slides
