If you have not already learned these movements watch the previous videos in this series to learn each movement in detail, then come back to this video to learn how to put the movements together.
This form is a perfect starting point for anyone who is interested in learning Tai Chi. It contains only 10 movements which are practiced on each side. It is easy to remember and takes very little time to perform. Making it the perfect Tai Chi form for busy people. Thank you Dr. von Plitt for another Yang Tai Chi 10 Form video! I believe this video should be #(12) in this series, not #(10) as stated in the title description. You already have #(10) Connecting Moves 1-5, a few weeks ago.

Hello I just discovered your channel and am a subscriber. So far, your videos are most helpful. I used to play tai chi but have neglected practice. I am 70 yo male and intend to star tai chi again. Is there a style you recommend? I see you teach yang and chen. Do you recommend sun style for its higher stances?, Btw, when I stopped tai chi, I started practicing zhang zhaung and have not missed a day of 30 min. standing in over 20 years. I don't think it makes me superman but I do like the way it makes me feel and I know I am super healthy. Thanks for your reply.
