This video connects the movements 1-10 of the Yang Tai Chi 10 Form that you learned in previous instruction videos. If you have not already learned these movements watch the previous videos in this series to learn each movement in detail, then come back to this video to learn how to put the movements together.
This form is a perfect starting point for anyone who is interested in learning Tai Chi. It contains only 10 movements which are practiced on each side. It is easy to remember and takes very little time to perform. Making it the perfect Tai Chi form for busy people. Additionally, it contains important Tai Chi movements that can help build a solid foundation for learning more Tai Chi later.

Hi Andrew, Thank you for your very thorough step by step instructional video. My daily routine for the past two months has been to set up my iPad at my gym in front of me with mirrored walls and follow along to your 10 step videos. I appreciate the multiple view points, especially the mirrored view. It's as if you are in the room with me. Even though I've completed the 10 form I will continue to use your video for pacing and focus. Eventually I will begin the Yang 24 Form. Please accept this contribution for your outstanding student loans. You are a real pleasure to watch and inform. Thank you again. Best, Greg

Thank you so much, Greg! I really appreciate your gift and I appreciate you sharing your story! So glad to hear that these videos have been helpful for you. Great job on being dedicated to your daily routine and learning this form! I wish you all the best in your training! Unfortunately, the 24 form series quality is a bit rough. I filmed it many years ago and I do not believe there are any mirror image demonstrations. I will try to get some videos up with mirror image demonstrations in the near future.

@@AndrewPlitt Hi Andrew, Yes, after researching my next challenge through your videos I couldn’t find the same step by step instructions for the 24 form as you provide with the 10 Form. I’m OK with just perfecting 10Form. It’s easy enough to do daily without a big time commitment. But I will keep my eyes open for any new instruction. Thanks again! Best Gregg

@@gregchann9703 Hi Greg, here is the playlist with the step-by-step instructions and "connecting movements" videos for the 24 form: ru-vid.com/group/PLAzIKxB72CMCB1tnuTvM9mB8tUsgw9hCO The only thing that should be missing is the mirror-image demonstrations. Hope that's helpful!

Thank you so much for these videos. You have made them easy to follow particularly when you do the mirror and behind views. The other views just made me use my brain a bit more so that’s a good thing as well. I have completed form 10 but will continue to practice with and without the videos.

Hi! I really like your content. Your approach to Taiiji teaching is awesome. Professional, detailed you teach both technical-physical aspects and energetic-spiritual which very well displays how are these aspects connected (most of taiiji channels fall either into habit of describing this art in semimistic way or just showcasing moves without any explanation of theory). I have a question for you: What do you think about self-learning? Is it worth it? Do you have any tips? I know that self-learning will take much more time and be worse than attending classes, but could it be some sort of foundation?
