I'm not changing my personality during an interview to fake relating to the interviewer. I'm a high-energy, high intensity person, and that's how I'm going to be coming into an interview. If the interviewer is slow and boring, that's his/her hang up, Ben.

3 to 5 minute answers are normal in the IT and Tech interviews, Ben! 1 to 2 1/2 minute answers are way too short in IT and Tech interviews.

Lol I said that I was loud, and is working on close proximity could prove frustrating as I was phone interviewing candidates. Which is a company I have gotten. I didn’t get that job but not sure I would have accepted anyway.

Things to NEVER do when you're the interviewer: show up late, especially during a panel interview, don't address the fact that you're tardy, introduce yourself, or apologize. Show up unprepared. Do NOT read resumes in front of the candidate. Do be professional and respectful. It works both ways.

Very true but I don’t make many videos for hiring managers. My content is primarily candidate focused.

Don't get me wrong, I appreciate it-I've been in those situations as a candidate and it's frustrating. I even considered ending the interview then and there. Perhaps a video from the candidate's perspective on how to handle these would be beneficial to viewers. It happens, probably more than one might think, and can really throw a person off. I know from my instances, it wasn't a "test" to see how I would react, either.
