Etiquette does matter. Unfortunately, listening to you I realized I lost a lot of etiquette. Only because being in the company of woman who constantly attacked me over the years in the workplace made me very defensive. I appreciate the delightful way you deliver your messages because it reminds me of what truly is important in spite of someone else’s negativity.

As someone who studied fashion, I feel it’s necessary to learn it from the elegance and image consulting point of view. I avoid bad language, it appears classless. Looking shabby is terrible. I can never go out with dirty footwear or dirty clothes

Emotional processing is vital. Let's be careful not to encourage toxic positivity. If you are feeling negative feelings about someone who did something you didn't like and you want to discuss it with your husband or something then please do. Negative emotions exist. And always will. Please process those feelings.

I’ve been looking for etiquette videos that are not boring and monotone. Your videos so far, are the only videos that fit what I’ve been looking for. I’ve been interested in learning etiquette for years. I listen to videos in the morning on the way to work to be productive of my listening time. Hello Vivian. The very first time I saw your video, I think that was "how to speak Elegantly", I was drawn to it and immediately I hit the "subscribe button". Thank you so much for this series of valuable content that you share. I hope you reply me. Like I said, from that very first time I took a decision that I will be an Elegant Lady, it takes a lot of unlearning and re-learning to get there, but I'm willing to work it out. But it looks as if my decision to become elegant made me short of friends, they treat me like I am a weirdo, try-hard or even a pretender(subtly telling me that I'm trying to mimick things not pertaining to my status). I understand that you shouldn't let people bring you down either verbally or through their body language especially when you are doing the right thing, but it's just so hard to be alone and not have someone you share things in common with. If I can get comforting words from you, I will appreciate it, thanks.❤️
