The money is in Makati. Those residential properties are going for 500,000 pesos per square meter, on paper, but the real going rate is actually no less than 700,000 pesos per square meter. A person making 1K USD a month will have a hard time surviving in BGC…just saying!

Two obvious mistakes by me - the bridge in Siem Reap has Hindu and Buddist icons not Muslim and it is Taiwan that has a museum with art from the mainland not South Korea. 🤪
