You can see that it was certainly the inferior car to the RB6. Just compare the clips together and it’s easy to see that Webber is able to carry more speed into the corners. What a performance by Kubica
0:55 This was the first memory that I was HOPING you would include (Michael Schumacher with one hand adjusting brake balance and the other hand turning the wheel through the left-right sequence. THANK YOU!
Schumachers pole has potential for the best pole ever. Showing everyone that even at the end of his career and in a much slower car he beats everyone on a track where its clearly down to the driver. He‘s the Goat.
Actually the Mercedes had good quali pace those times but mediocre race pace, it often struggled with tyre temperatures which caused the somewhat mediocre results
@@TheFlooable In 2012 anyone could win. Rosberg qualified 3rd that day. You still need a quick car to compete none of these drivers are ameteurs you know.
Honestly I was having more fun reading the characteristics of each car and how it behaved through the same set of corners. 3:50 Ricciardo's 2018 RedBull looked an absolute dream to drive, perfect balance and completely hooked up. A car that rewards sheer bravery. 1:31 Rosberg's 2013 Mercedes seemed to have such a lagging front end requiring a patient and disciplined right foot. 3:24 Raikkonen's car was a stubborn machine that just wants to dance but is tamed by Kimi's smoothness, a great pairing.
Comment section: 48% Oh great driving and Schumacher increasing the brake dias on that corner in 2012 is based. 52% Lance Stroll interrupts Charles' qualifying lap by using 4:36 on comments that have not to relate with the video to trick the viewers
The 2022 Ferrari F175 already is carrying much downforce , I wonder what would be the mini sector times be compared to previous years because that car telemetry wise looked similar to 2018,2019 and even 2021 cars.
Hahahahaha the Stroll thing was absolutely perfect. You drew me in and I had my phone even closer to my face than normal, trying to see if Leclerc was going to lift in the chicane and then bam hahahahah that was beautiful lolol. Formula One, hire this man! His vids are better than yours!
Does anybody have an onboard of Leclerc's abandoned monster lap in Q3 before red Flag? He was 0.646 seconds up after sector 2 than his 1:11:346 lap. That Epic lap should have been enough for a 1:10.5 laptime.
4:36 I knew that. A Monaco track video, in swimming pool. The bigger trolling just when you put that with onboard camera, and that Stroll is interupt. XD
Idk why but the video from Leclerc's 2022 pole kinda gives me the 2000's F1 vibes, mostly because of that brightness, color opacity and video quality bit aswell
I know I'm gonna sound like an old f1 fan just saying everything from the past was better, but I think i like the pre-2015 first half of the layout of the swimming pool better. I like the fact that the sequence is slightly tighter, and there's an actual direction change, whereas nowadays, the drivers are pretty much straight-lining the corner. It shows on the offboard camera view as well. However, I think the second half of the swimming pool chicane is much better than what it was. I like how the barrier follows the edge of the track instead of just sticking out because it provides a great angle for the slow-motion cameras to capture how close the drivers get to the barrier. If they could somehow bring back the pre-2015 first half of the sequence and keep the current second half, it would be perfect.
the fact that red bulls RB7 beating every other car and equaling the 2017 mercedes w08 at turn 12 is just shows how much of a beast was red bull in 2011
Watching this makes me realize they need to remove all the kurbs from Port Chicane to final corners before the finish straight and therefore make it more flat-out. And a much faster track!
