lol second game you played stockfish. You can review all you want but you’re not remembering all that. You can tell by the end game move of the queen to move you off taking back on the queen check. Most 1200s just gonna snap off. If they don’t you are playing a unicorn or stockfish. You decide.

What a game! Great stuff. The 1600 kept finding good responses, they played very well.

At 10:20 you could slide the dark bishop behind the pawn and double protect the rook with ba3, maybe you would saw that on the game review but ok

the normal main line during the scotch gambit when your opponent plays Bb4+ is c3, take dxc3 and then bxc3, however the gambit line is interesting, also king's gambit when????

7:39 I think d5 was winning, if Bxd5 Nxd5 Nxa8 Nxf3+ Qxf3 Be7 and the knight’s trapped so you get 2 pieces for the rook. d5 Nxa8 dxf4 and the knight is trapped so again you get 2 pieces for the rook

Great video and I’m 1600 and I lose to the scotch gambit every time so I am learning the counter attack so I don’t keep losing elo as often.

I once got a six move resignation when someone fell for the opening Pirc Defence trap when White played; E4, D4 and E5. If it wasn't bad enough they missed the trap, they tried to save the E5 Pawn and missed the F2 fork.
