Dehradun rates are more than Noida, Noida extension and greater Noida.. comparing medical facilities, transport, malls, jobs etc... 40-50k gaj ... But near Jaypee Formula 1 racing,, Greater Noida,, price around 25k-35k ,, hardly 20 min drive from upcoming jewar airport
Rented house is better then owing a property.... Harek 2 saal Mai new location and new property mai rahne ka lekin property kharidne ka nahi ... Untill ur financially free ...

The house is good but the kitchen could be better as it's too narrow and would say with long storage rather then big storage option, and also a dedicated space for refrigerator in the kitchen is also missing.
In India they building all concrete slabs. No front or back yard. In USA every house must have 2 fully grown trees in front for saving air and nature. Mostly we do not have walls around us. We park our two cars in front porch and every house must have a garage for his cars. In India they cover full plot with buildings and then they fight for car parking on street. Who will teach the builders and owners that ramp can not extend on street, trees and garage are a must for good living.
Sir there is lots of causes which couldn’t allow builder to left front & back yard with big garden and garage as well. What is the cost of villa & size you have in USA?

I highly appreciate your query which no one is ready to know. Even mostly people look the outer beauty of house no one is interested for inner strength. I have a house which built quality is so good but mostly people are not ready to pay the expenditure amount cos its a bit costly. People want best interiors and beautiful building look obviously good structure but no one is ready to pay amount which is spent by the builder. Washroom guest ke liye kidher hai..har kisi ko bedroom mein le jayenge...very big drawback...sirf iss wajeh se poora ghar bekar ho jata hai..itni moti baat tou koi bhi soch sakta hai
