It actually says on the USCIS website in the form filing instructions: "In preparing your packet, remember: Do not use binders or folders that we cannot easily disassemble. Use fasteners to hold together thick or bulky applications or petitions. Two-hole punching the top of the material for easy placement in the file is appreciated. Sticky tabs assist in locating items listed as attachments. For easy filing, place the tabs on the bottom of the page, not the side. Do not use heavy-duty staples; instead use fasteners or heavy clips. Do not submit originals unless specifically required. Do not submit oversized documentation unless it is necessary." But I know a lot of people still send binders and don't have problems getting approved. I didn't use a binder, just a binder clip, and I also hole punched across the top. As a government employee, I cannot figure out why you didn’t follow the instructions of hole punching at the top and tabs at the bottom. You wasted a lot of time for your immigration officer to undo your organization system. Good thing you didn’t get a cranky government employee.

For the letter of intent, do they need to be originals? I have my original with original signature but my fiancé is saying a scanned copy of his with his signature will be fine. I’d rather send in his original. What do you think?
Can you please tell me the correct way to list my beneficiaries address on the I129 form? He lives in Mexico and the way his physical and mailing address are written is in a completely different format than how we put in the US. So I don't know how to change that correctly? Hey im so confused when filling the i 29f do i send all the information u are giving in the video for eg do we just send the i29f papers or do we send pictures and all of that. This is really confusing cause when i go online its just saying to fill out the papers and send with the processing fee

I have a question about the forms, because I got into the USCIS webpage and only found the I-129F form but there are no "Biographic G forms" to download, maybe in your case was still part of the K1 process but it seems it is not any more, Does anyone knows if these G forms are part of the packet?, I don´t want to make any mistake with that and to have our application disaproved.

Ok we want to send in our petition package but the the expiration date on the i129f is 08/31/2018, we're worrying that it might get denied or get delay, cause it will probably expired while processing cause we want to send it in 08/25/2018. Please help me. Should we wait for another i129f form (and will it be a different one or the same form,just the latest) or should we just wait till this form expire and get the latest form. Please!!!
Hey question for u... im sure u get this question alot... lol but im wondering about the "N/A & NONE" portion of the 129F packet. It says in the instructions to put "N/A" for answers that are not numeric. And put "NONE" for all numeric answers that dont apply. Do I have to do this on the entire portion of the 129F packet? Or did u just leave the answers blank that do not apply to u. I dont want to put to much nonsense that will get my packet denied. If u could answer back at ur earliest convenience. Id appreciate it! So I have a question and i hope you can answer it. So im just about to get all the paperwork i need ready, and im wondering if i need to send the form I-134 (Affidavit of Support) along with my I-129F. I guess my question is if the I-134 is required.
Hi Alex, We did not send it with our 129F packet. The foreign fiance brings the affidavit of support form with the supporting documents to the interview once the petition is approved.
Thank you that was the greatest confusion for my fiancée when she was filling for me. She sent the application in in December last year,she’s got notice that it’s being processed and it’s been 4months already and the wait is killing me 😫. Lol
It will be better if you guys use proper immigration lingo..like petitioner and beneficiary. What does "foreign fiancee" means.? .foreign to whom?? Also to clarify, you SHOULDN'T file I 134 along with the 129f.. it is needed at much later stage, to file along with adjustment of status form i485, after beneficiary already entered USA and married to filing petitioner. Hope this clears confusion
Hi Kriszsha, In our case we both helped prepare the package. There are documents the petitioner signs and there are documents the beneficiary signs. The petitioner is the one that sends the package at the end.
