Important to know. There is one more thing to add to your list. Sodium bicarbonate is the best treatment I have ever used for my breathing issues. Baking soda saved my life when I got pneumonia from Covid 19. I was coughing so bad, and my sinuses were completely clogged. I was so scared of going to the hospital because of the pandemic. So I thought I would go to the pharmacy and get some nasal spray. But then I remembered that the more you use nasal spray the faster you get clogged back up. So I thought about making my own nasal spray and I checked for a list of ingredients to make it, but I didn’t have any distilled water. So I thought about what I could do. Then I remembered that my dad was using a dry powder inhaler for his COPD. So at that moment my thought switched from salt to sodium bicarbonate because the fine granules would be easy to breathe in. So I went to my cabinet and grabbed my arm and hammer baking soda, and I put some in the palm of my hand. Then I started with a small pinch of baking soda between my index finger and thumb. Then I sniffed that small pinch one for each nostril and one for my throat, after I did just one treatment I did not have to treat myself again for 5 days. With in one minute of the treatment I was able to blow my nose for the first time in over a week, and I was able to cough up most of the mucus that was stuck in my throat. After doing some research, I found out that sodium bicarbonate removed mucus from the lungs better than saline solution. Also I found out it is important to not accidentally sniff too much at once…. Use small pinches and do two treatments in a row for best results… Results can last weeks and even months… Not Just 12 hours or less. I hope this information helps to save lives…. God Bless America.

I use baking soda for burnt on food in my pots and pans. I also use it in combination with white vinegar and Dawn to clean my fridge. It smells so clean and does a wonderful job.

Also you can add baking soda to your shampoo to help get hair products out, especially stubborn hairspray residue. And it is great in kitty litter boxes sprinkled in the base before adding fresh litter - keeps the urine smell down.

For MINOR burns apply bi-carb and water paste and cover with either a band aid or cling wrap. It takes the sting out very quickly and will not blister. My mum told me this years ago, and it works.

I also use it as a shampoo. Make a paste out of it, scrub it on, then rinse it off. Then I use water and apple cider vinegar as a rinse, and I don't rinse it. I wash my hair about once every 2 weeks and it never gets oily. Been doing this for years and it's fantastic.

I was a little slow about following this advice (difficult when no one else will follow the diet). They also promote herbs for prevention or simple problems. ...I was taught a lot of these, by my Grandmother... starting when I was a Teenager. I use it so much, ..I buy it in a 13 lb. Bag, lol. I even use it as a " dry Shampoo " in between regular Shampooing...I don't use very much, ...sprinkle it onto my brush, just brush it through. I always add it to my Epsom Salts Bath ! Drinking baking soda can also help diabetics with inflammation in their body. High sugar ravages the body and causes all kinds of free radicals to wreck the system. Baking soda quenches those fires. Maybe, a teaspoon in a glass of water in the morning and again at night would help.

Baking soda as a deodorant - have done it for years. It's possible to get alkaline burn so be a little careful. It can also remove the dye from clothes, so the underarm area of your clothes can become noticeably faded. But one really good thing is that you are NOT using a commercial product that usually has aluminum in it.

Finally a Doctor that wants to Help people , this is weird ! What now I brush my teeth this and after taking a shot of olive oil cod liver oil and Castor oil and trans Resveritrol then my nmn gram strait under tongue never touching stomach acids. I eat two meals a day and have almost 6% body fat at 155 lbs. at 6’5” tall, I eat only protein, fat, oil, minerals and acids a lot of beer !

When we got a new vehicle , I got an allergic toxic reaction to the toxins being released. So my Dr. Had me place a tray of baking soda sprinkled over charcoal briquettes and leave it for a few weeks with windows open. I use baking soda to get the taste of garlic or high seasons off my palid. Like eating cheese to taste different wine. I brush my teeth I clean my purifier with it coffee pot mix with ammonia and spray to get rid of smoke smells on walls I wash clothes with it and vinegar to kill smoke smells from work I use a teaspoon in my water to detox and a laxative I put it to keep the fridge fresh I use it every day

I'm sad because as a kid I had great strong teeth and instinctually wanted to use baking soda because I saw it mentioned on the back of the box but the first time I did it my mom saw me and freaked out and told me I was going to scratch the enamel off of my teeth 😞 Now I wish I had done it because I developed a lot of teeth problems from periodontal disease that might have been prevented

Interesting. In 2020 I decided to have my heavy metals checked. No particular reason except I was having brain fog and some other pestering type issues...... not my normal self. Surprisingly the labs came back with my lead literally being OFF the charts. How? We have NO idea. I went through 13 runs of Chelation Therapy with my fabulous Integrative Dr which got my levels off the "danger zone" readings, but I still do rounds of "Kelate4Life" suppsitories b/c I know I still have some in there..... I think we ALL do to some degree. THIS info on baking soda is very helpful.... I had no idea this could assist in eliminating lead. Thank you!
