WORKOUT GUIDE:
In this workout, we’re going to perform 9 moves with 30 seconds active workout, and 15 seconds of rest. We’ll be doing this for a total of two rounds and its key to focus on engaging your core while performing each movement. Intentional workouts get the best results!
- Bicycles- Leg Raises with Push
- Twisting Mountain Climbers
- Russian Twists
- Right Plank Dip
- Left Plank Dip
- Plank w/ Shoulder Tap
- Table Top Toe Reach
- Full Body Crunch
After you’re finished with the first round give yourself only 15 seconds before jumping right back into. Remember to stay hydrated and nourish yourself to feel and see the best results.
