So Love this video. It is so doable and effective. Ive been doing it every other day for a little more than a week and already notice a difference. On the other days I do standing arms with weights. I am 59 and have a stainless steel prosthetic shoulder due to injury. Thanks Christina. I love your instruction and personality!❤

Genuinely thought no weight arm workouts were easy but pheww was i wrong!! this was a fun change from the timed workouts i've seen so far, keeps me on my toes cuz i don't know when it is ending.

I have to say it again, this video is an incredible arm workout. I feel it more than some of the ones with weights. Thanks for helping me get my arms ready for my daughter’s summer wedding! Love all your arm videos but this is by far my favorite.

This was a quick workout I can do at work on my lunch! It got intense and had to shake it out a few times. This is not aggravate mt tennis elbow as i am trying to avoid heavy weights right now!😄 Thanks Chris!
